Well, it only affects people who **SELL** 3D printers or CNC
subtractive machines.
There apparently is no wording to apply to USERS of such
machines.
Of course, we all understand that this is quite unworkable,
as somebody will certainly figure out how to make the models
pass scrutiny.
Wow, it must be equipped with "blocking features". Would
the legislators like to tell us HOW some program is supposed
to tell the difference between G-code for a Pratt & Whitney
fuel nozzle and a ghost gun part? What about updates? Or
would all submitted G-code files need to be sent to the
secretary of state for approval? I'll bet people working
for 3-letter government agencies would LOVE that!
