Over the past three years, there was one incident with a NEC inspector that did not correctly identify the backwards RU of a very famous NRTL. There were a couple of other times where the inspector was looking for a certain mark, and flagged us until we could explain that we used a different agency. So generally speaking, there is sometimes an education process required. On the positive side, the NRTL involved has always been very helpful in the education process.
