Kevin, I dare to differ. 1. You said "I believe the CQC certificates are CCIB and Great Wall mark". The CQC certificate Michael's client got can NOT be CCIB or CCEE if issued in May 2003. 2. You said "For Cell Phone Charger, only require certificate is CCC mark". As per CCC Implementation Rules, the Cell Phone Charger is classified as Telcom Accessories, and is NOT required for CCC Mark but listed as Voluntary Certification product category. Manufactuers can choose to apply for China Voluntary Certfication, either CQC Mark, or CEMC Mark, or CESI Mark. Only Chargers for ITE, A/V products are required for CCC. 3. You said "...now China CNCA only allow CNCA auth CCC agent to apply CCC mark". In fact, anyone/company can apply for CCC mark. No offense, Kevin, any questions of China Approvals, let's discuss further off-line. Jeff Jin SIEMIC China Certification Services Ltd SIEMIC, Inc. Need fast approval? Is Seven Working Days too long? However the CQC has their own mark. It appears that what you received is the CQC certificate. Please go back to your contact at CQC and ask if can get your CQC certificate turned into a CCC certificate. It will say CCC on the certificate. The China customs will be looking for the CCC mark. During the transition period it was possible to get either a CQC certificate, a Great Wall mark, or a CCC certificate. However from here forward the CCC mark is the only official country wide approval. My comments are based on my personal conversations with the CQC offices in Shanghai and Beijing and CNCA in Beijing during my visit to their offices in February/March this year. I hope this helps.
