John, I understand from a UK NCB that the information is now published quarterly in electronic format (on the IECEE web site?). I am not an NCB and so cannot comment on this first-hand.
Has anyone who is not an NCB approached the IECEE and been refused access to this information? It used to cost several hundred pounds/dollars a year, but could be well worth it even if you don't use the CB certification scheme - but it could also be somewhat out of date in paper form (do they yet do an electronic form).
