Dear Experts,

Is the situation with 125kHz RFID reader (5cm range) the same ?
I am asking, because I was told, that 125kHz is not harmonised (whatever that
means) and notified Body is needed.

If the situation is the same what point, or paragraph says it.

Regards

by you, there are no obligation to go to a EU notified Body.
> You have only to apply all the harmonized standards covering EMC, SAFETY and
radio aspects prepare a Technical documentation and signa declaration of
conformity.
> The test shall be execute in a laboratory that can apply the standards also a
internal laboratory is OK.
