Well, this word 'conformance' doesn't exist, according, I believe to the 
rather little-known ISO/IEC Guide 2. I don't know which philologist 
decided that, but it clearly DOES exist, formed from the verb 'conform' 
in the same way as 'performance' from 'perform'. On the other hand, 
'*performity' doesn't! There is little logic in the English language.

The Guide also says that 'products conform, manufacturers comply', maybe 
not in that terse form. But we very often see 'This product complies 
with...' or, less often, I hope, 'This product does not comply with...'.
