Ed,
Reminds me of when I first read up on a Gigawatt laser. I tried to image how 
the measured the output. Did they put the worst performing technican on the 
range and have him hold up the photometer and yell - "Okay turn it on"!
In checking their website I didn't notice any new technician positions open up.
