In the project that I am currently working on the main PC, HDMI cable and Touchscreen is a subsystem of a larger system which includes hydraulics, turntables, D65 lamps, power supplies and many other sources of potential emissions for this device. Only the poorly constructed HDMI cable is the delinquent causing me grief. So it is not a peripheral it is part of the DUT.
