Yep, Xylotex's three channel board has step and dir swapped compared to 
the "standard" EMC pinout.  But thats easy to fix in HAL.  EMC2's sample 
stepper config comes with "standard-pinout.hal" and xylotex-pinout.hal", 
and all you have to do is invoke one or the other from the ini file.

You can do any pinout no matter how bizarre if you edit hal files.
