I used the G203v for my plasma table. Very nice drive. The step/direction 
timing for 
the 203 is faster than the others. If your limited to a 45V power supply I 
would use 
the 540. It is 4 203v's shrunk into one package for $299. It should be out any 
time. 
The 201/2/3 all take 10 micro step input.

The G210/212 has a built in STEP PULSE MULTIPLIER. This circuit makes it 
selectable for full-step, half-step, 5 microstep and 10 microstep operation.
