I have. I wrote the FPGA firmware and emc2 drivers for this card. (The card is designed, manufactured, and sold by knjn.com, with whom I am not affiliated) While its price is appealing, and it works nicely on two systems I have personally set up, others have had trouble with this device---ranging from simply not working at all, even when trying the sample software from the board manufacturer, to working intermittently. Because of these problems, I don't recommend the Pluto-P at this time.
