Your screen shot comes up here. I wish I knew enough to help with the tuning. At the end of the move, during deceleration, your Xoutput oscillates, so maybe P is too high, but it doesn't oscillate at the beginning, during the acceleration. Do you get the same results when you go back the other direction?
