Let's see, 4 mm pitch and 15 mm/second, assuming direct drive of the screws. That would be 15/4 = 3.75 revs/sec or 225 RPM. Ahhh, that is right in the range of "midband resonance". What motor drives are you using? If any flavor of full step drive, that is almost certainly your problem. You might want to try a good microstepping drive.
Otherwise, you may need a hardware step generator, or possibly a faster computer to make smoother trains of pulses.
