I give up for today. Out of play time 8(((. The last strange thing I noticed is that I am ONLY having those 120-150000 ns spikes running the Latency test from EMC. When I run the latency test from RTAI in the testsuite the worst I am getting is 37000. Which corresponds to other machines.... strange.... very strange... Well back to Mach3 and earning money...
