I think someone in the front office overreacted about the new PCI DSS. (its
pretty scary: 10K-100K/month fines for non-compliance) We will take phoned in
credit card numbers but will not accept emailed numbers.
We realize this is inconvenient for international customers, so if a credit
card number cannot be phoned in, a wire transfer is a suggested alternative.
We once had a PayPal vendor account but had dreadful experience with them, so
bad that we will _never_ deal with them again.
