The only time I heard of somebody beating them was when paypal debited somebodys bank account, and that person had specifically closed the account. The bank "helpfully" passed the charge onto another of that persons accounts and slugged them with a fee. I ordered from mesa over the phone (from Australia) They were quite helpful and even shipped it via USPS rather than their usual courier at my request (saved me a packet in customs fees) got it in about a week from order.
