Thanks for all suggestions! I'll try to set some safe values and I will also check if there's a slip. The belt wheel is clamped with double nuts on the screw and four lock screws from the side and inwards. It shouldn't slip but I'll check it to be sure. Actually, I think I noticed more offset when I decreased the acceleration, my servo's may behave better with more initial power? They should be really quick. It all may be a wrong sense but it doesn't cost me to test more accel.
I haven't noticed the same behaviour on X and Y. I'll run some tests te sure there as well.
