In concept EMC2 is made up separate modules but separating the modules
into user and realtime modules, then onto two physical PC's will take
some brain surgery. It may be worth it in the long run, but others would
know better.

Now that I'm thinking more about it, Jon may have intended to run
everything on the Beagle.
