Granted, the initialization file could have a setting that explicitly says 'home at current location'. However, it doesn't, it has another, documented, set of commands that do the same thing. If you want to add 'home_at_current_location' to the keywords that are recognized by the program that parses this file, the source code is available for you to fix at your leisure. My guess is that you will find that there are side effects.
