look at the BLDC component.
PID goes to BLDC goes to 3 phase pwm

Not that I have done it :)
When you get this config going i would like to see the sample 
HAL file for PNCconf reference 
I might add to pay attention to PWM base frequency value
and BLDC dead time.
Both can do bad things to your 7i39 apparently.
I'm sure Peter or Andy will chime in and give you specifics
