I have been thinking about this question for a while now. It also has been discussed on the mailing list sometime this year - You can take a look at archives. IMHO there are 2 options: 1) original EMC was supposed to be a part of larger control system, which would allow synchronizing different machines running EMC. Here are some links, if You feel like experimenting: http://www.isd.mel.nist.gov/projects/rcslib/ ftp://ftp.isd.mel.nist.gov/pub/rcslib/ 2) more realistic approach is synchronizing them by exchanging status signals between machines. It can be done with proper g-code ad sending a signal to other machine with M62-M65 commands and waiting for that signal on the other machine with M66 command. It contains a definitive record of application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense. http://p.sf.net/sfu/splunk-d2dcopy2 _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
