The tach certainly won't.  The motor wires could.  Depending on your 
servo amps,
they may emit a great deal of RFI on the output if there is no 
filtering.  These wires
would then have sharp transitions of up to 100 V or so at tens of KHz.  
If the
motor wires are shielded, and the encoder wires are also shielded, then 
this MAY
work, but be aware of interference.
