Thanks to all for the advice.The Hurco VMC that that board went into is now making chips. I used to get a little hiccup when the machine was idle and I switched screens or opened a file,now it is smooth as can be.It is a pretty quick machine for its size AC Fanuc servos 450ipm 35 on the acceleration so I noticed when it did this little hiccup. AC Fanuc servos.
