This may be a bad or early revision firmware card. We can issue a RMA to return it for repair/upgrade/replacement if you are sure this is not a motherboard problem. The 5I25 is fairly new but we have about 300+ 5I25s in the field now and have had zero complaints that the card was not recognized.
