This may be a bad or early revision firmware card. We can issue a RMA to
return it for repair/upgrade/replacement if you are sure this is not a
motherboard problem. The 5I25 is fairly new but we have about 300+ 5I25s in
the field now and have had zero complaints that the card was not recognized.
Can you provide the motherboard part number in case we need to try and
duplicate the problem?
