Exactly John.  That border crossing BS is a major impediment to cross 
border commerce, going both ways.  So are the "I don't give a shit" delays 
at the border.  And storage at the border is out in the weather because the 
shack they process that stuff in is not much bigger than a telephone booth.  
I have gotten stuff from Norpac that was still soggy from being rained on 
while it spent 2 weeks laying on the ground outside the shack, inside the 
chain link I guess, but no weather protection.  I had to open it up and let 
it set on the bench for 3 days before I felt it was dry enough to to plug 
in the line cord.  It didn't work, but another 3 days to dry and it did.  I 
burned up some telephone lines over that since it was an about $4000 USD 
piece of gear.  An automatic station id gizmo CBS wanted us to use.
