Mark, I sure identify with you on your frustration. The first time to attempt a download is fraught with horror. Ask your questions - someone will help with an answer - you will get there. Simple questions get simple answers. One subject/question at a time will get you there a lot quicker than attempting to see the bottom of the rabbit hole on the first day.
