I have an older (much older) PC running my gantry router. The latency on it was boarder-line and I didn't want to deal with issues in the middle of a project. So, with the help of the folks here I was able to get thigs running pretty smothly with 8.4. Heron was my first exposure to Linux and seemed like revisiting an old friend, In short, it's worth a try. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Time is money.
