Most VFDs will obey accel/deccel settings vs dir and enable commands (or 
Fwd/Rev commands). LinuxCNC expects this behavior as do most sample hal /ini 
files. For example, with tapping, direction is reversed instantly with no 
reference to VFD accel/decel ramps. If your VFD doesnt behave well with a 
direction change while moving, you will have to program around it in HAL or 
fix the internal VFD settings so it does not violate accel/decell settings 
during reversals.
