The 7I85s is a 4 axis stepgen + encoder interface. Does pncconf know how to
make closed loop stepgen + encoder feedback configurations?

I was able to set up the rough framework for my 5i25/7i85S config using
PNCconfig about a year and a half ago. It was long enough ago I don't remember
what steps I had to take to do it, but it couldn't have been to painful or I
think I'd remember having trouble.
