I am busy with a large laser machine ( 3200 x 2100 ) bed size and I want to use some Mesa cards to drive the lot with. I have steppers on the axis and I have to control the laser power source with what I think is a pwm signal. I opted for the 5i25 with 7i76 combination. My question is two fold. Firstly, has anyone on the list done this before and secondly, is the spindle interface the right thing for the job?
