Before and after measurements, or just add 10 turns & figure from that 
voltage, how many you need to get what you need.  I might throw on a 12 
volt winding to run a spinx1 with, but Jons amp won't need the 
isolation.  Another advantage.

I have wound toroids before, which helps in the experience dept.  But 
this will be scaled up in size by 50x...
