I don't know what happened to US Digital. Didn't they use to advertise a $25 encoder at one time? Many of those Chinese Ebay sellers sell product that is also available on Alibaba. My point is that if they can sell it for $15 for a shaft encoder you should be able to do as well or better via Alibaba.
