I don't often drill a hole as big as that chuck, 5/8", and usually am working for <1/8". But so far I've not bought a fill kit of er32's. Might be one of my smarter moves. That huge chuck uses up 6" of my limited z travel, so thats maybe the best thought so far. Thanks Mark.
