Thank you for taking the time to look, John.  I haven't committed to a 
purchase yet, and might even just go get a full set of ER32 collets that 
will go down to zip.  I still have some of those Chinese ER32 adaptors I 
haven't unpacked yet.

I've been told (here) that the metric series that comes in 1mm 
increments, will cover it all up to 19 or 20 mm's in the ER32 family, so 
a full range set should do it, and not use up 6" of Z travel either.
