Command line work in the shop would never happen, I'm pretty sure they would tell me to get F$%*ed, and go sit in the break room ;)
The router issue wasn't a big deal, I was leery from the start due to the quickbooks issue, I didn't want to reboot the router because I know it kicks her out of her session, luckily she had to leave early yesterday so I did the reboot, and it still gave us hell this morning. I was just looking for an alternative to powering down the router was all.
