Take care that normal ssr as those (cheaper) i know doesnt like been
driving as an igbt :). Pwm is of 1hz and i have a similar application that
is 0.1hz with pi control. Driving mode for normal relays or ssr is called
Time Proportional Control. I have an arduino nano with a one wire dallas
temp sensor controlling room temperature. A temperature fuze is a must  if
the thingy runs unnatended.
