I am only aware of the global setting. It is the... INCREMENTS = line in the ini file. Do note that if you change the order on that line, it does change the order when using the Axis gui. This is nice as you can group your most used ones together, even if they skip around in 'size' some and then put the ones that would fit between them that you don't often use, at the end of the list.
