You can import a Mach3 config straight into the LinuxCNC Stepconf wizard.

I am not sure what Mach3 screens offer that the various LinuxCNC GUIs do not.
(Because I have never used Mach3).
Axis is not the only interface, we have Gscreen (designed to be
customised) Gmoccapy (which started as a Gscreen customisation),
Touchy, a plain but effective dedicated touchscreen GUI, tklinuxcnc
for machines with no real graphics and Hazzy is looking good too.
