Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all the suggestions and comments.

Now it's time to document my wiring and then turn the Y axis back to manual so
I can make the X Axis parts.

To summarize:
Similar to Grizzley G3616 Mill
1200 oz-in stepper, 3:1 to 4 TPI knee drive with Gecko 10x Microstepper Driver.
Surplus belt and pulley.
226 oz-in DC Servo 90V 7.8A with 4:1 to 5 TPI Y Axis run with HP_UHU Kit XL
series 050 belt size.
BeagleBone Black c/w Xylotex DB-25/26 coupled to Probotix PBX-RF terminal
breakout board.
Servo Power supply at 105VDC, has a Microchip PIC12 series controlling a relay
for inrush current limiting and over voltage sensing.
Stepper Power supply just standard Linear 40VAC 10A Torodial based.
A short 5 line program.

        y3 F40
        Z0.5 F10
        y0 F80
        Z2 F10
