Yeah, not really...VHDL is way more productive! ;-)
Well, I'm not sure that is true for some really simple "glue
logic". Maybe you need a bi-directional 8-bit buffer with a
couple gates to select which way to drive. I can do that
faster with a schematic.
But, if it gets a lot more complicated, then VHDL definitely
starts to look better.
