Actually you could almost call that a spelling mistake.  It's green when up to 
speed.  Red when not.  And of course since the stopped state is the same as the 
requested speed of 0 it's green once it stops.

And that makes sense in a weird way.   If you don't want motion until the 
spindle is stopped completely then green when requested speed is zero is 
technically correct.

Continue to be picky.
