I looked at a few harmonic drives at Traceparts. They don't look usable. They are models of the entire drive but not the internal parts. These are not working models. At least not the ones I looked at.
I think the best solution is to make a PRINTABLE drive from scratch in whatever CAD system you like. THen it has everything you want and perfectly fis the thing you want to bolt it to.
