For my thermal insulation needs I have been using Bisco Foam RF-120. It's a silicone foam with a foil backing one side, very nice to work with and not carcinogenic. Good to 200C and is UL94V0. However, it is an industrial product, not available to the public and carries a MOQ of 100SF. However, I can order through my gasket business if I can get to the 100 sq ft: it costs $13.50/sf (pricey), comes on a 36" wide roll and I will resell it at cost, FOB CA. Let me know if anyone out there wants some and I will tally up the requests and see if we can get to the MOQ.
