I've cleaned house and renamed everything so I could find it mostly in

And I've made a finding. Without a triggering signal, these messages are
still displayed at launch time, both in the terminal and in the linuxcnc
gui when its initialized. Without either F1 or F2 in the active state.
Apparently once each when defined, and again when that name is addf'd.

Weird......

So obviously message is not the loadrt module I've been looking for. Why
it should be displayed with no triggeering signal is beyond my pay
grade. Bug? IDK.

I need a way to advise me a fault has occurred other than the homed star
eventually disappearing in the backplot window whenever halui gets
around to it. So, what can I send a signal to, to output that error
message?

Thanks all.
