As long as the environment variables are set up correctly, you should just be able to run the python app from the command line without "halcmd loadusr".

Is it possible to start a Python program from a terminal window and access HAL pins without using halcmd? If yes, what is the magic incantation? I ask because PathPilot does not appear to include halcmd. _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
