I'll keep an eye out for his postings to get his email address. The Bergerda stuff doesn't have smart serial or ethercat; only modbus. This is one place where the STMBL drive kit really excels as an AC servo driver for old iron where one wants to use smart serial. But the STMBL is definitely still hobby with constant part shortages and a DIY flavour. Bergerda at one point was confused about one of my requests and quoted me on motor plus driver and motor alone though. So it appears they are also willing to just sell motors. Or I suppose drives for other motors. You can program in all the motor parameters into it. Test and then save so it's there on the next power up. It can be done from a PC application but I only used that once. After that I just did like they do and used the front panel buttons. Much faster. In fact they sent me a short video showing their engineers fingers setting up parameters on the front panel. A quickly iPhone type video. That's the kind of support I was getting which is why I'm so enthused about them.
