Have there been any instances of any discrimination, bullying or other problems with people having issue with anyone of any sort on this list, forum, wiki or IRC?
What forced this issue to the forefront all of a sudden? All the CoC needed to say was said in the first 31 words. "In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as contributors and leaders pledge to making participation in our project and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone." Adding all the rest of the nonsense is telling people what and how to think.
