I believe it’s called Corrugated Loom by some US distributors. Waytek sells Tees, splices, and fastener clips for that stuff but I can’t say I’’v ever seen box connectors.

It’s great for tidying up wires inside control panels but I advise against using it on automotive applications where it is exposed to uv rays from the sun.
