If you need to make a cable bundle stiffer, Place a flexible plastic rod inside the bundle. This works better than using a stiff jacket. If you cut up an earphone cable or maybe a mouse cable, many times you see a plastic filament inside to make the cable stiffer and have better handling. I think getting this right is more an art than an engineering exercise. Sometimes I like the spiral stuff better than the split tube but it depends on the use case.
I think you are going to have to design and print connectors or stain relief fittings. Maybe a combination of PLA shells and TPU liners? Or jut the TPU liners used with hardware store parts On Wed, Aug 10, 2022 at 2:19 PM gene heskett <ghesk...@shentel.net> wrote: > On 8/10/22 16:09, Thaddeus Waldner wrote: > > I believe it’s called Corrugated Loom by some US distributors. > > > > Waytek sells Tees, splices, and fastener clips for that stuff but I > can’t say I’’v ever seen box connectors. > > > > > https://www.waytekwire.com/item/21107/Aptiv-8911377-Conduit-Clip-for-Corrugated-Loom-/ > < > https://www.waytekwire.com/item/21107/Aptiv-8911377-Conduit-Clip-for-Corrugated-Loom-/ > > > I don't see any there either.
