If you need to make a cable bundle stiffer, Place a flexible plastic rod
inside the bundle.  This works better than using a stiff jacket.   If you
cut up an earphone cable or maybe a mouse cable, many times you see a
plastic filament inside to make the cable stiffer and have better
handling.  I think getting this right is more an art than an engineering
exercise.   Sometimes I like the spiral stuff better than the split tube
but it depends on the use case.

I think you are going to have to design and print connectors or stain
relief fittings.   Maybe a combination of PLA shells and TPU liners?  Or
jut the TPU liners used with hardware store parts
